The End Of The Birthdays

Well, yesterday marked the end of our birthday run. Believe it or not, all nine people in our family have birthdays between August and February. No spring birthdays, and just one end of the summer birthday. As you can imagine, by the time the last celebration comes around, I’m a bit tired of making birthday cakes! But, yesterday I rallied the birthday spirit one last time and made a Lego Batman cake for my 5 year old son. He’s child number six, and I would hate for him to feel slighted just because he’s at the end of the birthday train.

Here’s a picture of him with his cake and presents.

So on this is Saturday morning, I’d like to wish him a happy, happy birthday!  Diane

I may have told you this before, can’t remember. Girlfriend (who happens to homeschool) has 5 kids. All 7 of them have their birthdays between the middle of Feb and the middle of April.

I totally understand! Eight kids here… all their birthdays (as well as mine, and our anniversary) are from Nov. 22 through March 2nd… I am almost there! Woo-Hoo! 🙂 (DH is in Sept, I view his as my warning that my vacation from birthdays is coming to an end!)
