I don’t know if you are like I am, but my family enjoys granola bars. In the past I used to buy NutriGrain bars but knew the huge ingredient list and high sugar content wasn’t great for my family.
I’ve tried a lot of variations on granola bars and this is my family’s latest favorite.
It is super easy to make. You simply mix all the ingredients together and turn it out onto a pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake them and take them out of the oven. Let them cool for about 5 minutes, then score them with your knife so they will easily break apart. The longer you cook them the crispier they are.
