Banana Berry Smoothie

Recipe: LOW FAT BANANA BERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 2 small ripe bananas
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 12 ounces fat-free vanilla yogurt

Instructions

  1. Place bananas and berries in a blender, followed by yogurt.
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down halfway through if necessary.
