Easy Pasta Salad – Pasta salad is an easy way to get more vegetables in your diet. This is best made in the morning, or even the night before.
Penne Marinara – Really good pasta recipe. I often make this on the nights where we are eating in shifts.
Vegetarian Lasagne – Our absolutely favorite lasagne recipe!!! One of my friends made it and couldn’t believe how good it was. Easy preparation, especially for lasagne!
