Broccoli Cheese Rotini

Recipe: Broccoli Cheese Rotini

Summary: We like to serve this with muffins, fruit and a raw vegetable with a fat free dip. I hope you enjoy!


  • 1 box (12 oz) Rotini Noodles
  • 2 T Worchtershire Sauce
  • 2 c. Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 c. Milk (more or less if needed)
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1 (10 – 12) oz. bag frozen broccoli


  1. Prepare noodles according to box directions
  2. When almost done, add broccoli to boiling noodles
  3. Cook until broccoli is done
  4. When done, drain noodles and set aside
  5. In a separate saucepan, combine cornstarch and milk
  6.  Heat and stir until smooth
  7. Add cheese and worchestire sauce to milk mixture and continue stirring until melted
  8. Combine cheese mixture and noodles.
  9. Serve hot
